This 170,000 sq ft retail park, located just two miles north of the Norwich city centre, remained fully trading, and unhindered, throughout the duration of our works.

This project, which was undertaken in a number of phases, and required both day and night working, involved the removal of the existing twin height shop fronts, and the installation of new canopy structures, SSG (structural silicone glazing) shop frontages, and Aerofoil cladding panels. Roof extension works were also undertaken to facilitate the new entrances.

A rear portal frame extension to one unit was carried out in order to facilitate tenant relocations, and Oakmont completed the strip out and refurbishment of three other units. In addition, we worked in close co-ordination with tenant fit out contractors that had been employed by the tenants to complete the refurbishment of other units.

Hand landscaping and external works also fell under our remit, and we provided car parking space, external lighting, and stainless steel street furniture, that complemented the newly refurbished units, as part of our delivery.
