Located near Portobello Market in West London, this building used to be an old furniture safe deposit and has been standing since the early 1900s. These days the building is owned by Workspace who provide rented office and studio space.

Externally, the redundant car park, will accommodate a new three storey extension, which will include 22 office/studio units.

Additionally, three rooftop extensions will be constructed over the existing occupied blocks to create further CAT A office space.

Internally, the scope of works includes the refurbishment of existing circulation areas and communal kitchens. A new reception will also be created, incorporating an expanded café area, and cycle storage with showering facilities.

A landscaped courtyard area and new private roof terraces will be created to complete the works.
