The scheme at Festival Leisure Park in Basildon involved the removal and diversion of existing utilities and the removal and relocation of redundant plant.

Piling to the link area and some shell construction also formed part of the project to provide three restaurants and a D2 unit and nightclub within an existing unit.

Oakmont also constructed an interlink building between unit 8 and unit 7 to provide access to the D2 unit and nightclub at pavement level.

A plaza area in front of the cinema entrance for multi-purpose event use was also delivered as part of our works at the leisure park in order to create a better pedestrian experience in addition to the improvement of general lighting.
