East Place is a new 65,000 sq ft development, set within Harlow’s main industrial, out-of town retail, and trade area, which will provide nine units, each with a minimum of 8.4m of clear height space, full height electric loading doors, and first floor fitted out office spaces.

In an effort to reduce CO2 emissions, and reduce operating costs for tenants, we are delivering a number of environmentally friendly features on behalf of Chancerygate, such as installing photovoltaic panels, adhering to a low air permeability design, providing increased natural lighting via 15% warehouse roof lights, utilising high performance insulated cladding and roof materials, and installing electric vehicle charging points and secure cycle parking.

Externally the largest unit will be segregated with a large yard area for customer parking and space for racking. All units have ample parking facilities and all units have provision for disabled users. LED street lighting will provide amenity lighting to the units and common areas, and the surrounding areas will be landscaped to tie in with the existing green spaces bordering the site.
