Following the successful delivery of numerous past contracts for Aviva Life & Pensions UK Ltd, Oakmont were selected to undertake this multi-phase development.

Each phase ran concurrently as a means to create efficiencies and minimise disruption to the existing tenants, some of which were 24-hour medical call centres. These occupied floors remained fully operational throughout the works.

The first phase encompassed the transformation of the existing reception and phase two involved the construction of an extension to the existing roof void area to form a useable office space with feature windows overlooking the river as well as the installation of two new lifts. The final phase involved the refurbishment of the common parts and toilets.
