Works at 65-68 Leadenhall Street encompassed the internal refurbishment of common areas and WCs, office accommodation and replacement of M&E services.
The replacement of the M&E services required access to occupied tenant office accommodation on ten floors. This required careful planning and liaison with all parties involved. Due to the installation of the M&E services, the occupied office accommodation also benefited from new suspended ceilings.
All works were completed outside of normal working hours with the offices made fully available to the tenants for their operations during normal working hours.Lets work together
