Undertaken in four separate phases, the works to this occupied building included the strip out and refurbishment of the basement, third and fourth floors to provide 10,000 sq ft of CAT A commercial office space with new ceilings, raised floors, and building services. In addition to this we completed the refurbishment of lifts and common core whilst re-glazing the entrance atrium and replacement windows. During both phases, works were undertaken both in & out of office hours utilising the common lift for all material transportation.

Internally a new M&E installation took place and new raised floors created.  New ceilings were also constructed in order to accommodate a high end lighting scheme with a highly complex interface between materials.

Fit out works to CAT A standard were also part of our remit on this project.

Logistically this project presented some specific challenges, and as such operational and delivery timings and methods needed to be considerate to the busy London location of the premises and the adjacent businesses and residents.
