At Home in Harlow

Oakmont have recently completed East Place in Harlow, for property developer and asset manager, Chancerygate.

The project consisted of building four new blocks of retail trade units, totalling 50,000 sq ft, spread over nine units, which are occupied by companies such as Travis Perkins and Howdens.

The new units will be predominantly used as retail trade units, serving the local people and industry of Harlow and surrounding area.

As this project was a stone’s throw from Oakmont Head Office, the local community aspect was important to the team, both on site and in the office. Local school, William Martin Church of England Infant & Junior School helped to create some specially designed hoarding for the scheme and pupils enjoyed a visit to view their work.
