Following on from previous successful works at this busy town centre hub, Oakmont were appointed to carry out the strip out and remodelling of Unit 10, which was previously a BHS store.

The works involve significant structural alterations and a new steel frame infill at roof level, together with adaptations to the glazed atrium above enclosed public malls.

Also under our remit is the complete removal and replacement of the public WCs at Sean Walk.

Once works are complete we will provide Swan Walk with a number of shell and core retails units, over two floors, and a children’s play unit, which is to be fully fitted out under our management.
