A Successful Conversion

Oakmont have just completed works at Regal House in Twickenham, one of many phases throughout the building that have been completed by us over the past few years. The building is home to tenants including the England Rugby Football Union, who have one of their offices here just a stone’s throw from the Rugby Stadium.

This phase of the project, comprised of the works to the 5th Floor and included the stripping out and refurbishment of an existing previously occupied tenant area office space.

Oakmont then refurbished this floor including internal redecoration, new flooring, new VRF combined air conditioning and heating system and the installation of new power, lighting and a fire alarm system.

Oakmont also carried out work to the boiler and plant room stripping out, altering and refurbishing the existing boiler plant room at ground floor level.

This included constructing a new external enclosure, stripping out existing oil powered boilers and storage tank. A new gas main, gas powered boiler and associated controls were also installed.
